West Suburban Landlord Association helps renters and owners to improve the West Chicago suburbs.
Our MissionWe represent a group
of property owners in the western suburbs. The West Suburban Landlords Association (WSLA) is a group of
landlords and property owners that meet on a regular basis to discuss and share
information about renting, maintaining and managing rental property. We are not
affiliated with any real estate sales office nor are soliciting any products.
Our members own and manage property in Cicero, Berwyn, Riverside and
North Riverside and currently represent over 500 rental units. We are
putting together an agenda for our monthly meetings for 2002 and would
like your input. In the past we
have shared ideas and had speakers from scavenger services, pest services and
heating suppliers. We also have
discussed changing master heating systems to tenant supplied heat,
re-classifying rental property to class 9 property, and rehabbing issues in
general.
